SUPPLIER POLICY

This policy establishes the criteria for the selection and evaluation of Institut Opinòmetre’s suppliers, with the aim of ensuring the quality of the products and services delivered to our customers.

Goals

This policy aims to maximize the following parameters:

1) The quality of the service or product.

2) The competitiveness of the service or product acquired.

3) The stability in the provision of the product or service.

Selection

In the procedure for incorporating a new supplier, the following aspects are investigated and assessed:

1) The technical capacity, experience and solvency of the supplier.

2) The commercial conditions: price, service levels, warranty, delivery times.

3) The commitment to quality, occupational safety, ethical practices, respect for diversity and respect for the environmental.

4) The availability of certifications or instruments related to the former elements: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, equality plan, work-life balance policy, anonymous reporting channel and others.

5) Data management and IT risk guarantees, with special attention to ISO 27001 certification and ENS compliance.

Monitoring and evaluation

The suppliers incorporated by Institut Opinómetre must be positively assessed in the following procedures:

1) The initial evaluation performed during the selection procedure.

2) An annual re-evaluation, within the framework of the review of our own ISO 9001 system, based on the following metrics: quality of supply, continuation of the parameters identified in the initial evaluation, compliance with deadlines, and response to incidents.
