Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is defined as the active and voluntary contribution to social, economic and environmental improving by companies.
Opinometre Institute, in compliance with Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men, and the subsequent Royal Decree Law 6/2019, of March 1, of urgent measures for In guaranteeing equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in employment, he has developed the following action protocols:
- Protocol addressed to all the professionals of the company OPINOMETRE, S.L. on the action in front of a case of harassment labor, by reason of gender or sexual (July 2019). This protocol has been elaborated following the recommendations of the Guide to elaborate a Protocol for the prevention and treatment of sexual harassment and by reason of sex in the company of the Department of Enterprise and Occupation of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
- Conciliation plan (August 2019). This plan has been prepared following the indications of the publication “Conciliation of work, family and personal life” of the Ministry of Equality of the Government of Spain.
Opinometre Institute is working with Caritas (Work with Heart). Work with Heart’s Project is a companion service to employment for people who has been more than one year unemployed.
Opinometre Institute allocates part of its profits to the Association of Victims of Traffic (PAT-APAT).
