ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION SERVICES IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF SCI’S (SITES OF COMMUNITY IMPORTANCE) IN THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, 2021

From May to September 2021, a new edition of the Environmental Informants service has been carried out on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera.

As it happened in the 2020 edition, the mission of the informant has been explain to the visitors of the LICs the current public use regulations, specifically the limits of the space, the regime of uses according to the zoning, permitted and excluded activities, regimes authorizations and good practices; as well as the services that could be found in these spaces (public transportation, parking area, lifeguard service, rest points, availability of drinking water, etc.)
