This month of February 2018 a year ago the OPINOMETRE BALEAR Institute was awarded the Information and User Assistance Service (SIAU) by the Consortium de Transports de Mallorca (CTM).

The service is made up of 18 workers that cover the shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday at the Intermodal Station in Palma, and two people who cover information services and the issuance of Inca cards and Manacor. All the staff is credited with the level B2 of knowledge of the languages Spanish, Catalan and English besides knowledge of other languages to be able to inform to the users in Italian, French and German.

Among the most outstanding functions carried out at the SIAU, they emphasize face-to-face attention, telephone attention, information on the different transport titles and broadcast of the intermodal card, the management of the services on demand and the management of complaints and suggestions.

Work is being carried out with total coordination between SIAU staff, the Transport Consortium (CTM), the Rail Services of Mallorca (SFM) and each one of the operators of the different lines of the TIB.
