Survey of service quality and satisfaction of users of the public health system

The Emergency Medical Service (SEM) has awarded the institute OPINOMETRE the survey of service quality and satisfaction of users of the public health system (PLAENSA), and the conduct of surveys for the Health Barometer of Catalonia (CatSalut) in order to know the expectations and valuations of the citizens of Catalonia regarding the public and private health service.
